French electropop duo DAT Politics formed in 2000 and quickly gained a following in France's electronica scene with its quirky chip tune and synth beats. Often over-the-top, occasionally goofy and always danceable, the duo soon built a following overseas and throughout Europe by opening for prominent electro acts like Daft Punk. It crossed genres into the dance punk scene by remixing tracks for Yacht, securing DAT Politics an even broader fan base that continues to grow with each performance.
