Toy Horses

British band Toy Horses has launched quickly into both British and American music markets with their own pop-infused brand of indie rock. Releasing their self-titled debut album in 2011, Toy Horses seemed to come out of nowhere, playing Austin's highly-regarded SXSW Festival and soon after beginning recording in a proper Nashville studio. Not only that, the group had Wilco's Ken Coomer calling them personally, offering to produce the band's first record. If any of these variables point towards success, the coming years and a tough music market will certainly sort it all out, though the band is off to the races with a strong head start.
