Excepter is an experimental noise-improv group from New York City that was formed in 2002. With a hewady sound that blends together a number of avant-garde styles, the group released its debut album, KA, in 2003. Having since maintained a prolific LP output schedule, Excepter has built a solid reputation for itself an an engulfing and engaging live act.
