Sub Focus

English producer Nick Douwma has gone by the name Sub Focus since 2003, when Douwma began to release albums featuring his distinctive drum and bass sound. Sub Focus began playing on the underground circuit as a DJ, mixing and producing danceable electronic tracks. His first mainstream recognition came in 2005, when he scored a number one single on the UK Dance Charts. He has since continued to grab dance hits and radio favorites on British media circuits. He has worked with several major musical outfits, hip-hop artists and producers, remixing tracks and playing live. He certainly shows no signs of slowing down, releasing a self-titled album in 2010 with some of his most commercially successful singles to date.
