The Sorrow

The Sorrow was a four-piece metalcore band from Austria. The group released its debut album, Blessings From A Blackened Sky in 2007, which was praised for its dramatic sonic twists and turns. Most noted for its lead signer Mathias Schlegel, who can easily transition from hardcore-style yelling to dark lyrical melodies, The Sorrow wowed audiences with its oscillating style of metalcore until 2017.
