Calling itself Canadian dancehall, but sounding more like downtempo electropop with soulful R&B vocals and indie rock hooks, Bonjay is a male-female duo out of Toronto. Known as much for its innovative sense of style as its live energy, the duo quickly gained prominence on its local music scene due to its captivating performances. After covering and remixing tracks for prominent indie artists - like Caribou, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Feist - Bonjay gained more international acclaim and positive press from many major publications in the US and UK.
