Jape is an alternative rock band that's lead by chief singer/songwriter Richie Egan. Born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, Egan would go on to form the popular rock act Redneck Manifesto before starting Jape. Releasing its debut album, Cosmosphere, in 2003, Jape has since grown into one of the more well-respected alternative rock acts on the Irish music scene.
