Carl Cox

Carl Cox is a techno DJ from the County of Lancashire in Northwest England, who rose to prominence as a particularly talented DJ on England's hardcore/rave scene of the mid-1980s. Since then, Cox has become a regular fixture at some of the United Kingdom's hottest clubs, in addition to setting up and running two distinct record labels. Carl Cox's reputation as a world-class DJ was set in stone in 1997 when DJ Magazine, for the first time, named him the number one DJ in the world.
